No one person has sole power of the High Council. Each member of the council has equal power. And all decisions will be decided by Democratic means (via votes).

The High Council’s purpose is to ensure the proper running of Freedom Guardians Rebuilt. 

The High Council has the only power to declare War** or sign Full Alliances** with any clan.

The High Council is the only group allowed to Promote to the Rank of Division Admiral and above.  **

The High Council is responsible for the adding and deletion of all Gaming Divisions. **

The High Council is not above the Code of Conduct and is still subject to its’ Statute Codes.

The High Council is responsible for accepting new members and placing them into their proper divisions.  Any member of High Council may do this. (This does not include Admin Access as an unanimous vote from High Council is needed for this)

The High Council is responsible for accepting leave and Division Transfer Requests. Any member of High Council may accept Leave and Resignations however both Division/Section CO's must approve any and all Transfers..
